About 1988, Cinda Baldwin gathered all her favourite recipes and used an early word processor program on an IBM 286/386 home computer to create a recipe booklet. She printed the booklet and made multiple spiral bound copies at a Kinko’s Printing Center. These recipe booklets were distributed as Christmas gifts to friends and family.
